Let’s make Hand Pulled Noodles! Noodles started in China with over 1800 year old history. The hand pulled noodles is an authentic dish of Xi’an, the birthplace of Terra Cotta Army. In mandarin it is called “Biáng Biáng Noodles” by the sound when you smack the noodles by pulling. It is very wide, people also call it belt noodles. It is really fun! The noodles are refreshing and fantastic for the summer. Learn how to make authentic hand pulled noodles from scratch. Your friendly private teacher (Chef Miss Li) will meet you online via Zoom. Timing and scheduling of your class is very flexible. The time can be changed at any point to suit your schedule and time zone. Once you have scheduled your class, you will receive instructions with the ingredients you will need. Vegan options are also available. All recipes will be made from scratch. Classes are usually 90 minutes to 2 hours in length. Kids and adults both will have a fabulous time!
