Description
Step into Chaoyang Theater and watch the pinnacle performance of the 75th anniversary of the Chinese Acrobatic Troupe - 'Climbing the Peak to Create Skills'. This is not only a performance, but also a journey of Eastern aesthetics that transcends time and space.
Witness firsthand how the internationally acclaimed 'Golden Clown' award-winning 'Qiao Hua Dan' dances the diabolo into the soul of Peking Opera, and experience how 'Di Huan' challenges gravity. Stay here every day and concentrate the 75-year essence of the Gold Award in one hour, leaving a striking visual memory for your trip to Beijing.
The current performance of 'Climbing the Peak to Create Skills' at Chaoyang Theater is a high-quality exhibition celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Acrobatic Troupe (founded in 1950 and the first national-level acrobatic troupe in New China). This performance brings together the representative works of the Chinese Acrobatic Troupe that have won gold medals in international competitions for over 70 years, with extremely high value.
The performance deeply integrates traditional acrobatics with modern stage technology, music, dance, and elements of Peking Opera. For example, the piano melody is combined with collective skills, and the rhythm of Beijing Opera is integrated into the diabolo performance, known as the 'China-Chic Ceiling'.
Covering various techniques such as high-altitude, ground level, and balance, such as the extreme leap in 'Saint Dou - Earth Circle' and the high-altitude stacking in 'Dreams of the Sky', every second challenges the limits of the human body.
