Service Process
Share your hotel name and address after booking confirmation to schedule your pickup.
Option 1 (Driver Only): Your driver drops you at Badaling’s main parking lot and waits nearby during your 2–3 hours of free exploration. Use our VIP pass to skip the shuttle bus and enter the wall instantly without queues.
Option 2 (Driver + Guide): Your guide rides with you to share historical facts en route and accompanies you at the wall to introduce landmarks and culture. Take advantage of our VIP channel to skip the long shuttle line, then explore freely at your leisure.
Once your sightseeing ends, your driver/guide picks you up at the agreed time and drives you back to your downtown hotel within the 4th Ring Road.

Important Information
- Vehicle Arrangement
- If your booking group size is 3 guests or fewer, we will arrange a 5-seater car instead of the 7-seater van
- Pick-up Punctuality Policy
- Please wait for our driver/guide in your hotel lobby at the agreed pick-up time. The driver will only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes
- If you fail to show up within the 10-minute waiting window, the vehicle will depart. Your booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued
- Pick-up Time Notification
- We will inform you of your exact pick-up time one day in advance. The final time will be adjusted based on the distance from your hotel
