Description
Designed for explorers! Experience the UNESCO-listed Mutianyu Great Wall on a guided 5-km hike through its most breathtaking sections and iconic landmarks. Your adventure begins with a cable car ride up. And guiding you from Tower 14 to the summit at Tower 20 and back. (Proper hiking gear and water are recommended.)
08:00: Meet your expert guide at our central bus point. Settle in for a comfortable one-hour journey, during which your guide will set the stage, sharing fascinating stories and practical tips to prepare you for the day ahead.
09:30: Arrive at Mutianyu and begin your epic 5-kilometer hike. We'll take the scenic cable car up to Watchtower #14, saving your energy for the wonders ahead. From there, embark on a guided trek to the summit at Watchtower #20, where you'll be rewarded with unparalleled panoramic views.
14:30 - Relax & Refuel
Return to the MuBus visitor center to unwind. Enjoy complimentary tea and snacks, or we highly recommend the acclaimed countryside buffet at the MuBus Wall Restaurant to savor a well-deserved meal.
15:00 - Homeward Bound
Board the bus for your relaxed return journey to Beijing.
16:30 - Farewell
Arrive back at the original departure point, concluding your memorable Great Wall exploration
