A professional TaiChi instructor provides hands‑on individual guidance to teach you fundamental stances and postures. Feel your body loosen up and become refreshed through this authentic cultural practice. Re‑energized, you will complete ticket verification and enter the Forbidden City with your English‑speaking guide. As you tour the ancient palace, your guide shares vivid stories about emperors, empresses and palace maids, allowing you to dive into 500 years of royal history of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
