At 7:20AM, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in the centre of Beijing and drive for about 2 hours to Xishanzi Village in Huairou County. After an hour's walk in the village, you will arrive at the North Wall of the Jiangkou Great Wall, which is about 80 kilometres away from downtown Beijing. The mountainous terrain is very varied and the Great Wall above the dangerous peaks and cliffs looks even more majestic and dangerous. The Arrow Buckle Great Wall is named after the ‘W’ shape of the whole section of the Great Wall, which is like a bow and arrow. The Arrow Buckle Great Wall is one of the most famous dangerous sections of the Great Wall of China in the Ming Dynasty, and it is one of the most photographed sections of the Great Wall in various Great Wall albums in recent years, and has always been a hot spot for Great Wall photography. After four hours of hiking, you will reach the highest point of Mutianyu, which is the starting point of the rebuilt Great Wall. After the hike, you will experience the interesting jade culture at the Jade Museum near the Great Wall at Mutianyu, and finish with a Chinese tea ceremony at a teahouse before returning to your hotel.
