Attention: Please book this tour at least 8 days in advance, because Due to relevant government policies that limit the number of people entering the Forbidden City on a daily basis, if we are unable to successfully book tickets to the Forbidden City, we will visit Jingshan Park as an alternative. Your group tour guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel within the 3rd ring road of Beijing downtown area, between 7:00 AM to 7:30AM. Your first destination will be the Summer Palace, the most famous and beautiful royal garden in China. It is known as the Chinese Garden Museum. later on explore the Forbidden City, one of the largest and most impressive ancient palaces in the world, 650 years old, followed by a 1-hour tour of the Palace along the Central Axis from south to north. Afterwards, you will visit a local health museum to learn some traditional Chinese medicine culture. Then you will enjoy interesting tea ceremony before having lunch at an authentic Chinese restaurant. Later on explore the Temple of Heaven - the world's largest complex of ancient imperial rituals, where ancient emperors prayed for a good harvest for local farmers. And next take a short visit to the Pearl or silk museum for interesting traditional culture and knowledge. Afterwards, you will be driven back to your hotel in Beijing.
