This private 3-day tour offers you ample time to explore Beijing’s must-see landmarks at a leisurely pace. What’s more, the package includes 2 authentic Chinese lunches and a scrumptious Peking duck feast, letting you savor local culinary highlights while immersing yourself in Beijing’s iconic scenery.
Day 1: Meet your personal tour guide, then kick off your adventure at Tian'anmen Square, one of the world’s largest public plazas. Enter the Forbidden City through its south gate, wander through its grand courtyards and opulent halls with your guide’s insightful commentary, and dive into the fascinating histories and legends behind this imperial palace.
Lunch is served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, head to Lama Temple, one of the world’s largest and most prominent Tibetan Buddhist monasteries.
In the evening, you can enjoy a spectacular Chinese cultural show—choose from acrobatics, Kung fu, or Peking opera (show tickets at your own cost). After the show, you will be transferred back to your Beijing hotel.
Day 2: Meet your guide and set off for the Great Wall—you can choose between 2 iconic sections: the tranquil, less-crowded Mutianyu Great Wall or the world-famous Badaling Great Wall. Round-trip cable car rides are included.
Follow your guide to wander along different stretches of the wall, explore ancient watchtowers and beacon towers, and listen to the fascinating stories and legends behind this legendary architectural wonder. You’ll also have plenty of free time to snap photos, capture postcard-perfect views, and tick off this bucket-list landmark.
Stop for a hearty Chinese lunch. On the return trip to the city, make a photo stop at the iconic “Bird’s Nest”—the Beijing National Stadium.
Continue to the Drum Tower area, where you can stroll through traditional Hutong neighborhoods, get a glimpse of local life. You can also explore the scenic Houhai Lake area and the bustling alleys of Nanluoguxiang Hutong. After the tour ends, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
