The Imperial Banquet inherits the traditions of ancient imperial cuisine, featuring rigorous ingredient selection, meticulous cooking, and innovative dishes. It is committed to launching 'New Imperial Cuisine' that is traditional yet innovative, culturally rich yet artistically valuable, and deeply rooted in tradition. This is a humble tribute to historical classics and a beautiful vision for the future. The 'Yanxiang Shili' (燕享食礼), created by Gongyan, uses the 'Yanxiang Shili' from the Zhou Dynasty's dietary etiquette system as its historical background, recreating the courtly dining culture that has lasted for thousands of years. It creates an artistic and elegant atmosphere where banquet, food, etiquette, and music are integrated for guests. Gongyan's 'Xu Jin Huan' (须尽欢), also created by Gongyan, recreates scenes from the painting 'Han Xizai's Night Banquet,' including performances, dances, banquets, flute playing, and farewell ceremonies. The private rooms are built on the water, surrounded by shimmering lights and ethereal mist. From the private rooms, guests can enjoy a large-scale water screen light and shadow performance. The performance begins with the timeless poem 'Jiang Jin Jiu' (将进酒), tracing the life of Li Bai and expressing the carefree attitude of 'enjoying life to the fullest when things are going well.' Gongyan takes you on a journey through history back to the Tang Dynasty, allowing you to experience the banquet pleasures of ancient literati with 'flute playing and dancing.' We invite you and your friends to a rendezvous of 'Xu Jin Huan.'
