Description

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing Arrive in Beijing and go through immigration procedures. Meet your driver and guide and be transferred to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Day 2: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Summer Palace After breakfast, head to Tiananmen Square, one of the largest city squares in the world. Learn about its role as a key venue for national celebrations and foreign receptions, symbolizing the solemnity and unity of China. Next, visit the Forbidden City, the world's largest and best-preserved existing imperial palace complex. Explore the former home of 24 emperors and admire the pinnacle of ancient Chinese royal culture and architectural art. Continue to the Summer Palace, a Qing Dynasty imperial garden and a World Cultural Heritage site. Centered on Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain, it integrates landscapes, long corridors, and palaces. It is China's largest and best-preserved existing imperial garden. Day 3: Mutianyu Great Wall and Tea Art Experience After breakfast, head to the Mutianyu Great Wall, a well-preserved section of the Ming Great Wall. Admire the lush vegetation, beautiful scenery, and densely packed watchtowers. After the Great Wall tour and lunch, head to a Chinese tea house to start a traditional Chinese tea art culture experience. Learn about the history of Chinese tea culture and tea-tasting etiquette, and try making tea by yourself to experience the elegant Eastern lifestyle. Day 4: Temple of Heaven and Departure After breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven, the imperial site for emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties to worship heaven and pray for good harvests. See the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests and learn about the world's largest and most complete existing ancient architectural complex for heaven worship. After your visit, be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
