This is for travelers who want depth without rushing. You’ll start at 10:00 in our courtyard, then explore two distinct hutong narratives – for example, Dashilan merchant wisdom in the morning and Liulichang philosophers’ lane after lunch. Sample itinerary (flexible): 10:00 – Meet at No.93 Courtyard Museum, short introduction 10:15 – First hutong theme (2‑2.5 hrs) 12:30 – Lunch at the courtyard – Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste) + seasonal vegetable + tea 13:30 – First craft workshop (1.5 hrs) 15:00 – Second hutong theme (2 hrs) 17:00 – Second craft workshop (1 hr – shorter, focused) 18:00 – Hotpot dinner begins! Hotpot details: - Traditional copper pot (or individual pot on request – just note at booking) - Spice level: Mild (bone broth), Medium (a little kick), Hot (Sichuan numbing) - Ingredients: lamb, beef, mushrooms, tofu, Napa cabbage, glass noodles, dipping sauces (sesame, garlic, cilantro) - Vegetarian broth & ingredients available – tell us in advance
