3. Arrive at your host Sanxia’s cozy Beijing home
Experience daily life in a local household and get ready for a hands-on vegan cooking session in a relaxed home kitchen.
4. Join a hands-on vegan cooking class
Learn to prepare a variety of traditional Chinese dishes – from handmade dumplings and steamed buns to stir-fried vegetables, sesame noodles, and millet porridge. Menus vary by season and guest preference.
5. Enjoy a traditional Chinese tea ceremony
Sample red, green, and white teas alongside homemade vegan dim sum while the main dishes are cooking.
