C) What to expect
Arrive at Jianguo Hotel Qianmen before the 7:30 PM show and go to the box office in the hotel lobby.
Present the booking name and phone number used for the reservation to exchange your official entry ticket.
After entry, take your seat within the booked area. Exact seat numbers are not selectable and are assigned by booking order within the purchased area.
The theatre is compact, so you can watch costume, makeup, movement, and stage details from a relatively close distance. The nightly program is arranged by the theatre and is not fixed in advance. During the performance, English subtitles are provided.
For D Area + Beijing Dinner, use the dinner and show on the same day. Dinner is a set menu with a vegetarian option. The dinner content is usually not changeable. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, inform the operator in advance. A separate Chinese dinner reservation confirmation may be sent, but the format is not specified in the product information. Dinner may also be redeemed by using your booking name and phone at the theatre's first-floor restaurant.
D) Important notes
The show runs every Wednesday to Saturday at 7:30 PM, with one performance each evening. Arrive at least 30 minutes early for ticket exchange and seating. GYG QR code is not the official entry ticket and cannot be used for direct admission. Do not attempt to enter the theatre gate using the GYG QR code; you must visit the box office first. Late arrivals are non-refundable. If you arrive within 30 minutes after the start time, you are still advised to enter and watch the remaining part of the show.
Passport is not required for ticket exchange. Use the booking name to collect tickets. A Chinese mobile number is not required. Photos and videos are allowed, but flash must be turned off.
