The head chef, Gary, hails from a family with a rich culinary heritage and has roots in Beijing. Influenced by his family, he advocates for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Gary is passionate about culinary arts, holding a bachelor's degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an MBA from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. He is also a WSET Level 2 certified sommelier and has credentials in nutritional science from the Department of Plant Sciences at Cornell University.
