If this happens, visit the Forbidden City first and contact us to reschedule your Tiananmen Square visit. Since the Tiananmen Square reservation is complimentary with the Forbidden City ticket, we cannot offer a separate refund. Thank you for your understanding. Important Notes for All Tours --Book 7 days in advance to receive an e-ticket. For last-minute bookings, we will assist with entry based on our process. --Tiananmen Square may close without notice due to government events. You may walk around the square or visit Jingshan Park instead. --Tours will proceed in rainy or snowy weather unless the government mandates closure due to extreme weather conditions. --In certain cases, due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen factors, the group size may exceed 15 people.
