After booking, please send your flight or train details, together with the size and number of your bags, by email, GetYourGuide message, or WhatsApp. This step is required so the vehicle can be arranged correctly for your group and luggage.
We will send a confirmation message 1 day before service. If you book a pickup option, your driver will wait at the airport or railway station exit holding a sign with your name, then take you to your hotel or chosen address. If you book a drop-off option, your driver will go to your hotel or chosen address at the confirmed time and take you to the selected airport or railway station.
Please note that all options are one-way only, and pickup and drop-off are separate services. Vehicle type cannot be selected in advance and will be assigned according to the number of passengers and the luggage details provided. Travel time is not fixed and depends on your route, traffic, and the actual access conditions on the day. Railway station services are available only for Beijing Station, Beijing North Station, Beijing South Station, Beijing West Station, and Beijing Chaoyang Station. The driver is not an English-speaking guide, but can assist communication through a translation app.
