The QR code from GetYourGuide is not your ticket. Please do not show it at the entrance. You will receive your official E-ticket one day before your travel date via WhatsApp, iMessage, or WeChat.
Send us your passport name and number via WhatsApp please. People over 60 are not allowed to ride the toboggan down.
Because you don’t have WhatsApp, you didn’t receive the ticket and couldn’t enter — no refund will be given!
An early start at 6:30 AM is recommended to avoid long lines during the busy season (April 1–October 30).

- Your ticket is for the chairlift up and the toboggan slide down. The tickets cannot be used for the cable car

- Children under 1.2 m tall enter free; people over 60 are not allowed to ride the toboggan down
- Our driver does not speak English
- For groups of 1–4 passengers, a 5-seat sedan will be arranged
