Meet our tour guide in your downtown hotel's lobby.
Then head directly to the Forbidden City and learn from your knowledgeable tour guide about the construction and renovation of this ancient royal landmark. Explore the most important courtyards and halls along the palace’s central axis, as well as the imperial garden.
Then drive for 1.5 hours to the Mutianyu Great Wall. The Mutianyu Great Wall is an outstanding representative of the Great Wall of China. It has a treacherous terrain, a long history, rich culture, magnificent architecture, spectacular scenery, and a great reputation.
After a 4-hour hike, return to the convergence point in central Beijing. Once back in downtown Beijing, you will have a chance to visit Beijing Olympic Park. The Bird's Nest and the Water Cube are the two iconic buildings of the Beijing Olympic Games. They have become masterpieces of modern architecture with their unique design and innovative technology.
