The architectural layout of Beijing Confucius Temple is a traditional Chinese architectural layout, with the main buildings distributed along the central axis, symmetrical on the left and right, and adopting the design of three courtyards. The buildings on the central axis are, in order from south to north, the Sifu Gate, Dacheng Gate, Dacheng Hall, Chongsheng Gate and Chongsheng Shrine, and the main buildings are all covered with yellow glazed tiles.
