Today, our experienced guide will show you the Great Wall of China in the early morning without crowds, next tour only one of the 13 emperors’ tombs( no enough time to see all of them) and the Sacred Way as a optional choice to visit, the big holy animals and guardians carved out of white marbles in the afternoon. Beijing is too big to tour by yourselves, long distance to drive with heavy traffic and huge sights to tour around. Sample Itinerary: Hotel pick up in the early morning( 7:00am, 7:30am or 8:00am, the early the better, if you really don’t like crowds and queue.) Drive 1.5-2 hours to reach the Great Wall which is 76KM away from the city center. Take the shuttle bus for about 4 minutes from the tourists center to the entrance of the Great Wall Take the chairlift up mountain to reach the entrance of the Great Wall near the No. 6 watchtower. Enjoy your hiking for 1.5-2hours. After the Wall, drive around 10 minutes to the nice restaurant for local restaurant near the Great Wall After lunch drive 1 hour to the 13 emperors’ Tombs of Ming dynasty, tour the one of them about 40 minutes. (Changling for the surface palace which is a museum for treasures excavated from Ding Tomb. Dingling for the underground palace where emperor’s and empresses’ coffins were buried) (Note: choose one among these two tombs) If you choose the option includes the sacred way, It will drive 10 minutes to the Sacred Way, hug holy animals and guardians lined up for protecting the royal family, tour for 30 minutes.
