Itinerary Details: Enter the Forbidden City via the Meridian Gate (Wumen) and tour the magnificent halls along the central axis.
【Contacting the Guide】: Your guide (English/Spanish-speaking) will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email by 22:00 PM on the day before the tour to provide the exact meeting time, the color of the guide's flag (e.g., yellow or blue), and their contact number.
Chinese citizens (including residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) must book tickets before they sell out; once tickets are sold out, participation will be impossible, and a full refund will be provided. Furthermore, according to the Palace Museum's regulations, mainland Chinese citizens must use their resident identity card number and Chinese name when booking tickets.

Important: Arrive 30 minutes early – latecomers cannot be accommodated due to timed entry. Keep your phone accessible. Note: Donghuamen has no ticketing; your guide will escort you to the main entrance (Wumen)
Emergency: If unreachable 10 minutes before start time, call your guide’s provided number and wait near the guard
